Vision Setting: Exploring Concepts & Opportunities
After we understand your vision, we begin shaping it.
At this stage, our team shares early concepts and potential opportunities for your space. These initial ideas may still be rough, but their purpose is essential: to confirm that we’re aligned on style, scope, and direction. We refine your vision together, ensuring the plan reflects your goals and the unique character of your property.
Options: Scope, Pricing & What’s Possible
Once the direction is clear, we outline the options — what we can do, what it may cost, and how it fits within your budget.
You’ll receive well-developed concepts and/or an action plan along with an estimate that reflects the goals shared with us during discovery. This step gives you clarity and confidence as we begin narrowing in on the details.
Selections: Choosing the Details That Bring It to Life
Now we get specific.
Together, we review materials, design elements, plant choices, and the scope of work so we can prepare your final proposal. Whether you’re selecting stone for a patio, the perfect plants for a garden, or choosing services for a seasonal maintenance plan, our team supports you every step of the way.
Contract: Final Designs, Schedule & Approvals
With your selections in place, your Account Manager presents a formal proposal along with a final design or action plan.
This phase also includes establishing your billing schedule and determining your project’s start and end dates. Once the contract is signed, your space begins its transition from idea to reality.
Project Planning: Behind-the-Scenes Preparation
Before installation begins, our team coordinates everything needed for a smooth execution.
This includes permitting, material ordering, scheduling, and managing any necessary subcontractors. It’s a critical step that ensures the work flows efficiently and predictably once crews arrive on-site.
Performance: Build, Install & Communicate

Your Account Manager remains in close communication throughout the process, keeping you updated and ensuring any questions are answered promptly.
