Plant material is covered by a one-year limited warranty when properly cared for, and extended coverage is available through a maintenance program. Hardscape elements such as retaining walls, patios, and masonry work are typically warranted for up to three years and are built to meet proper construction standards. Manufacturer warranties also apply to certain materials.

We use high-quality turf seed and install it using proven, professional methods to give your lawn the best possible start. However, the long-term success of a new lawn is heavily dependent on proper watering and ongoing care after installation.

Because turf seed has a shallow root system and is highly sensitive to moisture and temperature conditions, they are not covered under warranty. We’ll provide clear guidance on how to care for your new lawn to help ensure it establishes successfully.

We stand behind the quality of our hardscape installation; however, some natural conditions and materials fall outside of warranty coverage. For example, dry-laid elements may experience slight movement over time due to frost action, which is not covered. Additionally, jointing materials and sealers—such as sand, polymeric sand, grout, mortar, and caulk—are not included in the warranty.

Settling resulting from uncompacted fill around homes or structures following excavation is also excluded. We’ll walk you through these details up front so you have a clear understanding of what to expect long-term.

No. While the material itself may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, the labor and equipment required to remove and replace those items are not included. These costs are billed at our standard rates.
