What is the first step to get started?

It starts with a Discovery Meeting. We meet with you, typically on-site, to understand your property, your goals, and how you want your outdoor space to function. Whether you’re considering a small project, a large installation, or an ongoing maintenance program, we’ll talk through priorities, budget, and next steps so you have a clear, confident path forward.

What can I do to prepare for the Discovery Meeting?

The most helpful thing is to think about how you want to use your outdoor space. Consider what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d like to improve, whether that’s entertaining, relaxing, or enhancing curb appeal. It’s also helpful to have a general budget range in mind. If you have inspiration photos or ideas, bring those along as well. The more context you can share, the more productive and focused our conversation will be.

Who organizes the Discovery Meeting?

After you connect with us, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager. They will reach out to introduce themselves and schedule a time for your Discovery Meeting that works best for you.

Will I have one point of contact?

Yes. Whether it’s a design/build project or an ongoing maintenance program, you’ll have a dedicated Account Manager as your single point of contact. They guide you through design, decisions, and construction on projects—or oversee your services and communication on the maintenance side—ensuring everything stays consistent, organized, and aligned with your expectations.
