How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the size and complexity of your project. Smaller projects may take just a few days, while more involved outdoor living spaces or full-property transformations can take several weeks or more. We’ll outline a clear timeline before construction begins so you know what to expect and how everything will progress.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area includes Sheboygan, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Ozaukee, and Manitowoc counties. For the right project, we also work beyond these areas, including Milwaukee, Dane, Brown, and Door counties. How far out are you scheduling?
It depends on the type of service. For design/build projects, we’re often scheduled several months out—especially during peak seasons—so early planning is key. For maintenance work, smaller projects are typically scheduled a few weeks in advance, while ongoing maintenance programs operate on a consistent, recurring schedule throughout the season.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance through our Total Landscape Care programs to ensure your landscape continues to look and perform at its best. From lawn care and garden stewardship to seasonal services, we take care of everything so your investment is protected and your property stays consistently well-maintained.
What happens if something goes wrong after the project is complete?
Let us know right away. We stand behind our work and are committed to making things right. Depending on the situation, it may fall under our warranty or simply require an adjustment or service visit. Either way, your Account Manager will work with you to address the issue quickly and ensure your landscape continues to perform as intended.
