Do you offer 3D renderings?

Yes—when the project warrants it. For more complex or high-visibility projects, 3D renderings can be a valuable tool to help you clearly visualize the finished space. For many projects, detailed 2D plans are more than sufficient. We’ll recommend the right approach based on the scope and goals of your project.

Do you handle permits and coordination?

Yes. We manage the process and coordinate the necessary elements so your project moves forward smoothly.

How far out are you scheduling?

It depends on the type of service. For design/build projects, we’re often scheduled several months out—especially during peak seasons—so early planning is key. For maintenance work, smaller projects are typically scheduled a few weeks in advance, while ongoing maintenance programs operate on a consistent, recurring schedule throughout the season.

What kind of disruption should I expect during a landscape installation?

Some level of disruption is normal during construction, especially with larger projects. You can expect equipment on-site, material deliveries, and active work areas throughout the day. That said, we take great care to keep your property as clean, organized, and respectful as possible. Your Account Manager will keep you informed on timing, access, and what to expect each step of the way—so while there may be temporary inconvenience, the process is well-managed and worth the result.
