Yes. We provide seasonal deer protection tailored to your landscape. During the winter months, we install protective netting around plants that are most susceptible to deer damage. Throughout the growing season, we also apply deterrent sprays to plants that deer are most drawn to. This proactive approach helps protect your investment and maintain the health and appearance of your landscape.

Do you service and maintain irrigation systems throughout the year?

Yes, provided the system is professionally installed. We handle seasonal start-ups, shut-downs, and ongoing monitoring as part of our Total Property Care program. This service is best delivered within that full program, where we can manage your entire landscape consistently and proactively.

Do you service and maintain outdoor lighting systems?

Yes, provided the system is professionally installed, not a plug-and-play system from a big box store. This service is included in our Total Property Care program, where we can properly monitor, adjust, and maintain your lighting as part of your overall landscape.

How will I know when you’re coming to service my property?

Maintenance programs operate on a consistent schedule. While exact days may vary due to weather or routing, your Account Manager ensures you know what to expect and communicates any changes. Also, before a turf application, we will send an email with our anticipated arrival date.

What happens after I sign up for Total Property Care (TPC) maintenance?

Once your agreement is signed, your Account Manager coordinates with our Operations team to seamlessly add your property to the schedule. Your first visit will take place within the timeframe outlined in your contract. For example, if your service begins with a spring cleanup in April, our team will complete that visit sometime during the month. From there, your property will be maintained on a consistent, scheduled basis according to the services you selected—so everything stays on track without you needing to manage the details.
