We stand behind the quality of our hardscape installation; however, some natural conditions and materials fall outside of warranty coverage. For example, dry-laid elements may experience slight movement over time due to frost action, which is not covered. Additionally, jointing materials and sealers—such as sand, polymeric sand, grout, mortar, and caulk—are not included in the warranty.
Settling resulting from uncompacted fill around homes or structures following excavation is also excluded. We’ll walk you through these details up front so you have a clear understanding of what to expect long-term.
