Landmark Landscapes is excited to celebrate the Fifth Work Anniversary of three important people in our organization. We aim to cultivate and develop the people who join our team. The longer they stay aboard the more value they bring to our clients. Therefore, having three more pros on our team for five years means we are even more equipped to carry out our mission to “Create Excellent Landscapes with Inspired People!”
Geno Ramos – Design Build Foreman
Geno Ramos, a Design/Build Foreman at Landmark Landscapes celebrated his fifth anniversary with the company in October of 2023. His five years at Landmark are just a portion of his 30 years of industry experience. Landmark Landscapes could not be happier with Geno’s performance and dedication to his craft.
Landmark Landscapes is known for creative and artistic hardscape installations. These projects include paver installation, natural stone wall construction, masonry, and crafting patios using natural stone to name a few.
Geno is one of our prized craftsmen on these hardscape projects. He has the eye of an artist and understands the necessity to build these hardscape features so they stand the test of time. Geno loves to see the projects progress from start to finish. When asked about how he can craft these beautiful projects, Geno is very humble. He relayed, “It’s all teamwork, from the Account Managers and Designers to the technicians. Everyone plays a part in the success of the project.”
The camaraderie and good people are what Geno values about working at Landmark. The friendly and warm atmosphere, people caring about one another. He enjoys seeing the smiling faces of his colleagues, he appreciates that they have a sincere interest in one another’s well-being.
When asked what he might relay to someone interested in coming to work for Landmark Geno continued that this is a team-centric organization where people care about each other.
Landmark is grateful to have someone of Geno’s caliber on our team. Not only is he a skilled craftsman, but he is a genuine person and a great guy!
Mike Wilterdink – Maintenance Mowing Foreman
Mike Wilterdink, Maintenance Mowing Foreman at Landmark Landscapes celebrated his Fifth anniversary with the company in September of 2023. Mike has worked in the landscape industry since 2014. Mike is known for his commitment, as he always comes to work. And also for the quality of his work. Doing a quality job is very important to Mike.
At Landmark Landscapes we service many beautiful properties. Mike is grateful for this as it allows him to utilize his talents and put his persistence for quality work on full display. All of our mowing technicians and foreman aspire to mow clean lines and do clean work. Mike is no different. Alec Ondayko, Mike’s Supervisor, added “Mike always wants what is best for the client. And he’ll always go the extra mile to get the job done right.”
Mike enjoys working at Landmark because he believes it is a great company to work for. He appreciates how he is treated and that he is trusted to go out and perform his work every day. Mike puts a lot of pride into his work and likes that Landmark recognizes this.
In addition to his mowing duties, Mike has spearheaded a few of our food plot projects. Mike hunts deer with a bow and is passionate about this. The ability to combine his passion for deer hunting and herd management with his work at Landmark is especially rewarding.

Benja Rubio – Design Build Technician
Benja Rubio is a Design/Build Technician at Landmark Landscapes and celebrated his fifth anniversary in November of 2023. Benja often works on some of our largest projects. He is very skilled and known for his eye for detail.
Some things that his co-workers noted about Benja are that he is responsible, and always on-time for work. His colleagues like working with him because he comes to work prepared and is process-oriented, as well as having a good understanding of best practices when installing hardscape projects. Benja’s positive attitude is also appreciated by his co-workers.
Benja enjoys working at Landmark Landscapes and we are happy to have him on our team. Having an individual like Benja who handles his work like a pro is great for the team, and even better for our clients. His desire to get the details right makes his projects shine!
