From the Field to the Forefront
Marshall has been part of the landscape industry for over 18 years. He brings deep-rooted knowledge and a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. He joined Landmark Landscapes in 2013. He has since worked across nearly every division of the company—including Design-Build, Enhancements, Garden and Turf Maintenance, and Snow and Ice Management.
This breadth of experience has given Marshall a well-rounded perspective that now informs his work as an Account Manager. A role he stepped into in 2023. Today, he focuses on serving clients through landscape maintenance, enhancement projects, and snow and ice services. He’s passionate about helping people—whether that means ensuring a client’s property is always looking its best or coaching a new team member toward success.
A Servant’s Heart
Marshall is someone who naturally gravitates toward service. “Whether it’s helping a client solve a landscape challenge or showing a new team member how to approach a job with confidence, I genuinely enjoy helping others,” he says.
Outside of work, that spirit of service continues. Marshall coaches his son’s youth soccer team and loves to spend time outdoors with his family. Whether it’s hiking, sitting around a campfire, or working on his home landscape, Marshall values the moments that connect him to nature and the people he cares about.
