Concierge Landscape Service

Landmark Landscapes provides concierge landscape services. To serve your needs you will be assigned your personal Account Manager. The role of the account manager is to be your guide on the Landmark Landscapes experience. Our account management team collectively have nearly a century of landscape experience. Their job is to listen and understand your garden and landscape goals and develop a plan to meet and exceed your needs.

Landmark Landscapes Sr. Account Manager, Ben Protzmann

The account manager assigned to you will contact you by phone and have a brief conversation about your project or service. They will schedule time to meet with you at your property. Depending on the complexity of your project or service you can anticipate the initial meeting will take approximately 60 – 90 minutes. This first meeting is an information gathering session. An opportunity for you to learn more about Landmark Landscapes, and the account manager to get a better understanding of your landscape needs.

Preparing for the Initial Meeting – Developing a Budget & Timing

In preparation for this initial meeting it’s important to gather your thoughts about the project or service request. One aspect of this is to reflect on your budget. It is very helpful to have a realistic sense of what you are comfortable spending so that the account manager can tailor a solution to meet your needs. Without this information the account manager is merely guessing, making it a challenge to maximize the value we can bring to your outdoor spaces.

Also something to consider when thinking about budget is when you’d like your project completed. We are fortunate in that we are a trusted source for landscape and gardening projects. Because of this our schedule fills quickly. For a spring completion date, contacting us late summer or early fall of the year prior to when you want your project executed in the best practice. This allows time to design and organize your project and secure your place in our que.

Following the initial meeting the account manager will determine the correct course of action. In many cases the next thing to do will be to assemble a proposal for you to review. Depending on the complexity of your needs the proposal will be delivered in person or by email.

If your project is more complicated, for example a new landscape installation, a design may be necessary. In this case the account manager will provide a proposal for the cost of a design. Understand that when designs are created they are most creative and value driven when the designer has a solid understanding of your installation budget.

Moving Forward – Project Execution

After you have understood the details of the proposal and are ready to move forward and sign the contract you will then have your project or service put onto our schedule. In the interim, the account manager will communicate to our Operations Team the scope and details of your project. When your project approaches the front of the queue, the account manager will notify you of the start date. Depending on the scope of your project or service, they may also do things, like notify Diggers Hotline to mark your property for utilities.

Throughout the duration of your project or service you can expect that the account manager will communicate with you about the progress. At the conclusion of your project the account manager will in most cases schedule time to walk you through the completed project. This provides an opportunity to answer any questions you might have or explain maintenance best practices.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your interest in Landmark Landscapes. We want you to have a Five Star experience with us and stand behind our work with our 100% Done Right Guarantee.
